As SAP BI/BO consultant you are required to immediately provide operational support and consultancy for the Client’s SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 platform in accordance with the Service Charter.

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support and consultancy for the Client’s SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 deployment.

Key accountabilities

  • Fulfill the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Client’s core values.
  • Perform operational support and consultancy for the SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 platform, including Crystal Reports 2013, Crystal Reports Enterprise, Dashboards (Xcelsius), Design Studio, Lumira and Data Services.
  • Provide customer facing support to users of the SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 platform.
  • Maintain up to date records of all service support in Client’s service desk tools.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Perform assigned operational tasks relating to the Client’s SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 environment and associated business intelligence technologies.
  • Manage and journal task completion in HP Service Desk.
  • Escalate platform problems through the SAP Service Marketplace as required.
  • The consultant may be required to deliver face-to-face Crystal Reports training
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for SAP BusinessObjects XI 4.1 environment related technologies.
  • Perform ad hoc and undefined operational tasks.
